Cherries can be fertilized late, that is, in spring. Only, unlike other fruit trees, it does not need more nitrogen.

Symptoms of cherry tree fertilizer deficiency: branches smaller than 25-40 cm, yellow and shrinking tree leaves, low number of buds and lower diameter of the tree trunk are also signs of the need for fertilizer.

Stages of planting a cherry tree:

1- Winter fertilizers: mineral fertilizers, sulfur, as well as macro (urea, phosphate and potash) and micro elements to stimulate plant growth and increase fruit quality.

2- Fertilizer fruit set: it is recommended in early spring when less than 50% of buds appear on the branches. Because Fruitset fertilizer contains elements of zinc, nitrogen and boron, which are responsible for providing the necessary energy for the buds, stimulating the plant to bloom, reducing flower shedding, improving pollination, and as a result, a higher percentage of flowers turn into fruit.

3- NPK fertilizer: After the flowers fall, NPK fertilizer strengthens the plant to grow more in line with the production of high-quality fruit.

4-Magnesium fertilizer: Magnesium fertilizer in the form of foliar spraying can protect the plant from temperature fluctuations that cause flowers to fall and fruits to crack.

5-Potassium fertilizer: in the hazel phase of the blossoms, the use of high potassium fertilizer causes the fruit to grow larger. Because potassium fertilizer increases the transfer of sugars. It absorbs more water, which makes the fruit bigger.

6-Fruit Set fertilizer increases the ability of the tree to produce buds after harvesting.
